If you’ve spent any time playing crash games, you probably quickly figured out that catching high multipliers isn’t as simple as casinos make it out to be. We’ve been there.
So the next idea that pops up in many crash gamblers’ heads is, “Why don’t I just cash out super early and stack those small wins”. That sounds reasonable, right? Fun fact: this is also a strategy that Steve Will Do It uses in several videos.
Sounds worth a try
When you consider your odds of winning at these low multipliers, the strategy really does sound viable.
You’re not the first one to have those thoughts, here are a few examples from Reddit and Stake Casino Forum.
So here’s our gameplan for testing this seemingly super safe and presumably profitable crash strategy:
- We’ll place small bets with JB coins
When you’re testing our new strategies, keep two things in mind – keep your bets low and use the “free” option. We used BC.Game’s free currency is called the JB coin. It’s used for testing the games at BC.Game casino and has no real value. - We’ll cash out super early, at 1,10X at most
The entire premise of this strategy is to keep your exposure as low as possible. We will cash out our bets at 1,01X, 1,05X, and 1,10X. - Repeat the process for at least 1000 rounds of crash
If you want to prove that a strategy works, testing it over a few rounds is not enough. We’ll test each of the strategies listed here today over the course of at least 1000 rounds of crash. - Analyze the results and tell you all about them

Our settings and approach
As mentioned before, we usually pick BC.Game’s original Crash game is our go-to game for strategy testing. Why?
Well, there are multiple reasons:

Before we let our first script run, we used the live odds calculator to estimate our chances of winning. The image below shows you our projected chances of winning at the three multipliers we chose for this strategy.
You can see how our chances of winning drop significantly as we increase our payout multiplier from 1.01X to 1.10X. This decrease directly impacts the outcome of the games, but we’re hoping that a bigger return makes up for it.
We used BC.Game’s “Simple” crash gambling scripts to automate the gameplay and test out this strategy over the course of 1000 rounds of crash in BC Originals Crash game.

Here are our script settings:
The so-called “Simple” script really is simple, and it’s perfect for the execution of this strategy. All we did was set our bet amount at 1 JB and set our payout multiplier at 1.01X.
We then left the script running for 1000 rounds of crash, which took about 8 hours, and repeated the process with a higher payout multiplier. Here are the results!
1.01X crash gambling cash out strategy
With our script in place, we hit the “Run Script” button and started our journey. After 111 rounds, things were looking great, no lost round, only profit!
And things were only getting better. After about 2 hours and 221 rounds, we were still in the gree, no losses!
After 338 rounds of straight wins, we encountered 2 losses. We remained calm and marched forward, we were still in the green.
Not even halfway into our journey, we hit 6 rounds where the game ended with the 1.0X multiplier, which wiped away all our profits. But we continued our journey, things could still turn around.
But unfortunately, things did not turn around for us, we finished our initial experiment with a loss.

Despite the incredible winning percentage and the impressive ratio of wins versus losses, we failed to make a profit. The problem with this strategy is that each loss demands 100 rounds of straight wins to recover from a loss.
So whatever progress we were making was always at risk of being wiped out by a single loss. As you can see in the image above, just 13 losses out of 1013 rounds were enough to crush our dreams.
Let’s repeat the process, this time with a slightly higher multiplier.
1.05X crash gambling cash out strategy
On our second try, we slightly raised the payout multiplier to 1.05X, but we left our bet amount the same at 1 JB. Here’s how we did.
After 499 rounds of crash with this strategy, we were in the green! But the path was nothing but calm. We were constantly jumping up and down (mostly down), which you can also see in the live stats chart below.
Our luck soon turned around, and we finished our 1.05X cashout experiment with a small loss, but a loss nonetheless. You can see the final result in the image below.

Raising the multiplier leads to an even bigger loss. We recorded an expected drop in winning percentages and a significantly worse profit margin.
With a total wager of 1012 JB, we only lost 6 JB, but you can imagine how big these losses would be if we also increased our bet amounts (or played with real money).
To recap, increasing the multiplier did not help, but we did not stop there, we wanted to try once again, this time with a 1,10X multiplier which would allow us to recover our losses faster.
1,10X crash gambling cash out strategy
Anything that would bring us more than a 10% return on our bet amount is considered a high multiplier in our book. We settled on the 1.10X multiplier as our last resort in this low cashout multiplier strategy experiment.
After a bumpy start, we were off to a good start, and when nearing the halfway point of our journey, we remained profitable, barely profitable.
By now, we were quite used to seeing things take a turn for the worse, and this time, our experience was no different. Just 25 rounds after the halfway point of this experiment, we recorded several losses.
And things only got worse from then on. As you can see in the image below, our losses only increased once we reached 770 rounds of the game.
And with great disappointment, we have to, once again, report a loss at the end of our 1000-round testing period. More information follows after the final result image below.

The end result is telling the same story as before. By increasing the cashout multiplier, we recorded an even bigger total loss, an even worse profit margin, and a lower winning percentage.
At this point, it’s clear that these low-cashout strategies aren’t as promising as they might sound before you put them to the test.
Is cashing out early a profitable crash gambling strategy?
Cashing out super early is not a strategy that is worth pursuing. Through our hands-on experiment, we have identified four reasons this strategy does not work in the long run.
- The profits will be extremely small, even if you remain profitable. It’s not worth your time.
- A single or string of losses will wipe away an hour of consistent wins.
- The gameplay with this strategy is hardly any fun. It’s incredibly boring to say the least.
- Last but not least, remember that the house always wins. The casino has a statistical advantage over you which, in theory, takes away any chance of winning you ever had.
A user called Tytanowy Janusz wrote a good explanation of this matter on the BitcoinTalk forum.
When playing cash games with a 1.05x multiplier, you must bet and win 20 times to double your initial $1 bet. However, the problem with this strategy is that the casino always has a statistical advantage over the player.
These strategies only work in the short-term, if you manage to get a few wins at low multipliers, grab your money and run. That’s your only advantage!
On average, you will lose once every 19 times you play, despite the possibility of a winning streak. This means that each time you win 95 cents with this strategy, you will lose $1 and be short 5 cents on average.

As you can see in the table, in the past 2000 rounds, 50 rounds of crash finished with the 1.0X multiplier, meaning you would lose it all once every 40 rounds on average.
