Qzino KYC: A 100% anonymous crypto casino or not so much?

Qzino is still fresh, and naturally, one of the first things I wanted to know was how strict the verification process is.

I went through the full sign-up, deposited, completed verification, and even chatted with support to see what’s actually required before you can withdraw.

Here’s what I found.

🔑 Key takeaways

  • Qzino requires a basic verification (personal details only) before you can play
  • No document upload is needed – just your name, address, and date of birth
  • Customer support confirmed that ID verification is not required for withdrawals
  • Qzino reserves the right to request additional documents at its discretion

Does Qzino require verification?

Yes, but it’s about as lightweight as it gets.

Qzino asks you to fill in basic personal information after you’ve made your first deposit. Until you complete this step, you won’t be able to access any casino games.

It follows the same pattern as Rainbet’s KYC, where a basic Level 1 check is all you need to deposit, play, and withdraw without friction.

The difference is that Qzino doesn’t have visible “levels” in your profile.

There’s just one verification step, and it’s mandatory.

Qzino verification process

Once you deposit and try to open a game, Qzino will redirect you to the Verification tab under My Account.

The process took me less than two minutes.

Here’s what you need to fill in:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Date of birth
  • Country
  • City
  • Living address
  • Postal code
  • Politically Exposed Person status (Yes/No)

That’s it. No passport scan, no utility bill, no video selfie.

You submit the form, and within seconds, your account is verified.

It’s very similar to Shuffle’s Level 1 KYC – the same kind of quick personal data entry with no documents attached.

When does verification happen?

The timing caught me slightly off guard. You can sign up and deposit without verifying, but the moment you try to launch a game, Qzino blocks you until the form is complete.

So the flow goes like this:

  1. Create your account (email, Google, Telegram, or crypto wallet)
  2. Make your first deposit
  3. Try to open a game – Qzino prompts you to verify
  4. Fill in the Customer Information form
  5. Start playing

It’s a minor inconvenience, but at least the form itself is painless.

Withdrawals without KYC

Yes – and I confirmed this directly with Qzino’s support team.

I asked the live chat agent whether ID verification is needed to cash out. The response was clear: you don’t need to upload any identity documents to withdraw your funds.

qzino live chat

As long as you’ve completed the basic Customer Information form, your withdrawals should process without any extra checks.

You share your name and address, but your passport stays in your drawer.

That said, I wouldn’t treat this as an iron-clad guarantee.

Qzino’s own verification page mentions that additional documents may be requested at their discretion, which is standard language for any licensed crypto casino.

When might Qzino request full KYC?

Qzino doesn’t publish specific thresholds, but based on my experience with similar platforms, these situations could trigger a document request:

  • Large withdrawal amounts – Cashing out thousands in one go tends to raise flags at most casinos
  • Rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles – Moving money in and out without much gameplay looks suspicious to AML systems
  • Mismatched account details – If your Level 1 info doesn’t line up with other signals, Qzino may ask for proof
  • Regulatory audits – As an Anjouan-licensed operator, Qzino must comply with AML standards and may run spot checks

The verification page itself states it clearly: “In accordance with our rules and industry standards, we may request additional documents to confirm your identity and source of funds.”

Can you bypass Qzino’s verification?

Not really – and I wouldn’t recommend trying.

The Customer Information form is a hard gate. Without completing it, Qzino simply won’t let you play.

You could theoretically enter false details to speed things along, but that’s a gamble I wouldn’t take.

If Qzino ever escalates your account and your personal details don’t match any documents you submit, you risk losing access to your balance entirely.

My advice is straightforward: fill in the form honestly. It takes two minutes, there are no documents involved, and it keeps your account in good standing if anything comes up later.

If you’d rather avoid any verification step altogether, there are crypto casinos with no KYC that don’t even ask for your name at sign-up.

Final thoughts

Qzino keeps things simple. One verification step, no documents, and support confirmed that ID uploads aren’t needed for withdrawals. It’s about as painless as mandatory KYC gets.

Could Qzino request more down the line? Technically, yes. But based on what I’ve tested and what support told me, most players will never deal with anything beyond the basic form.

For a platform that’s this new, I think the verification approach hits the right balance – enough to satisfy their Anjouan license, light enough to keep crypto-native players comfortable.
