Artem Kuzmenko is a partner of the international law firm Eterna Law and head of the gambling practice. He was a working group member on developing a law on legalising gambling in Ukraine. He is currently a member of Ukraine's Advisory and Expert Council of the Gambling and Lottery Regulatory Commission.
