Betpanda KYC guide 2026: No-KYC withdrawals & when verification applies

Many players see Betpanda as a great option for having fun without going through detailed KYC checks.

But I have tested dozens of crypto casinos, and believe me, claims and truths might be two completely different terms.

That’s why I’ll answer the question in this post.

Does Betpanda really have no KYC?

Betpanda markets itself as a no-KYC casino. Indeed, you can sign up in seconds with just an email and a password.

You can also deposit with 10+ different cryptocurrencies, and in most cases, you can start playing, and even withdraw, without immediately facing an ID check.

During my Betpanda review, I successfully deposited and withdrew funds without being asked for any documents.

However, the terms and conditions clearly state that Betpanda can ask for verification documents if they see fit:

We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time at our discretion for any reason … We reserve the right to lock your account or prevent withdrawals … We may use a recognized third party provider to undertake these checks on our behalf or get in touch with you directly …

In other words, Betpanda may remain hands-off when it comes to ID checks, but they have the final say.

It is actually a common practice for crypto casinos that aren’t strictly licensed by major authorities. It gives them flexibility if they suspect fraudulent activity or if your gambling volume suddenly spikes.

That said, Stake “shoots” you with a KYC request almost immediately.

Why does Betpanda have this policy?

While Betpanda promotes its anonymity, it also needs to safeguard itself – and you – from issues like money laundering, stolen funds, or problem gambling.

You can also see that with other “KYC-lazy” casinos like Ybets.

Without leaving the door open to verification, the casino could face legal troubles down the line (especially since it’s registered in Costa Rica and not in more regulated jurisdictions like Curaçao or Malta).

Betpanda’s approach – allowing potentially unlimited no-KYC gaming unless triggered – lets privacy-first players continue uninterrupted.

But at the same time, it reduces the casino’s exposure to legal risk because they can request documents whenever they see something suspicious.

How (and When) Betpanda might request KYC?

Because there’s no fixed threshold or a publicly stated set of KYC requirements triggers, it’s hard to predict exactly when Betpanda might ask for your documents. Still, there are some common scenarios in which casinos typically initiate KYC:

  • Large withdrawals
If you win big or start requesting unusually high payouts, Betpanda might step in with a verification request.
  • Multiple rapid transactions
Rapid-fire deposits or withdrawals in quick succession can flag a security algorithm, prompting a KYC check.
  • Linked accounts
If the casino suspects you’re operating multiple accounts or sees suspicious login patterns, it can require verification to confirm your identity.
  • Regulatory compliance checks
Occasionally, casinos will do random checks to satisfy internal AML audits. You could be asked for documentation even if you’re not withdrawing significant amounts.

From my experience, the $2,000 threshold is the biggest KYC trigger. That’s why I asked a member of Betpanda to verify it.

Betpanda KYC chat
The chat agent confirmed they don’t require KYC for small withdrawals.

Seems like large withdrawals aren’t a trigger. Well, given my suspicious nature, I wouldn’t fully trust the live chat support.

It’s almost guaranteed that triple-digit withdrawals won’t flag KYC checks.

But it’s better than BitStarz KYC, which is triggered in random occasions – or whenever someone requests a fiat withdrawal.

Possible Betpanda verification levels

While Betpanda doesn’t openly list specific KYC “levels” in the user profile (unlike Roobet’s KYC check), you might be asked for any or all of the following if your account is flagged:

  • Proof of Identity
This could be a passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID. They’ll check your name, date of birth, and photo.
  • Proof of Address
If they need further verification, Betpanda might request a recent utility bill or bank statement (usually not older than six months) matching the address you originally provided.
  • Proof of Funds
In rare cases, especially for large transactions, they might ask you to demonstrate that your bankroll comes from legitimate sources (e.g., bank statements, pay slips, or contracts).

Because Betpanda doesn’t publicly define a step-by-step structure, you might submit all documents at once or only what they request.

Betpanda Profile
As you can see, there’s no sign of Verification in your account settings.

I do have to mention that KYC documents are sent over email and are not requested within the platform. If you have a casino account, you’ll notice Betpanda doesn’t have verification levels within the profile tab.

What happens if you don’t comply?

If Betpanda asks for KYC and you decline – or you submit false documents – the casino can:

  • Freeze withdrawals
Your balance might become unavailable for withdrawal until you’ve verified your account.
  • Close or suspend your account
This includes revoking any bonuses or winnings.

Essentially, if the casino decides KYC is necessary, it can hold on to your funds until you cooperate. This is standard language across many crypto casinos.

But, to be honest, it’s still better than Cryptorino’s verification, although the latter is also more or less a no-KYC brand.

Is there a way to bypass Betpanda KYC?

Truthfully, no. There’s no guaranteed “trick” for bypassing verification. If Betpanda’s system flags your account, they’ll ask for proof of identity regardless of your deposit method or how long you’ve played.

While some players consider using a VPN or fake details, doing so is risky – if you’re caught, you’ll likely lose your balance. And using false documents constitutes fraud, which can land you in legal trouble.

But as I said, it is highly unlikely to trigger Betpanda KYC: you should have really done something fishy.

The reality of Betpanda’s no-KYC promise

Betpanda’s approach to KYC might initially look hands-off, but it shares the same fundamental stance as most crypto casinos: “No KYC unless we decide otherwise.” In practice:

  • Most casual players probably won’t face verification. You might never see a request if your deposits and withdrawals remain modest.
  • High rollers or those withdrawing big sums are more likely to encounter additional checks, but still not highly probable.
  • Restricted countries could still be an issue. If Betpanda detects you’re playing from a banned region, they may immediately lock your account.

It’s worth noting that Betpanda has no major license (like Curaçao or Malta) that obligates it to adhere to rigid verification protocols.

Final thoughts

Betpanda’s KYC policy is straightforward. While the casino touts anonymity and does not require ID verification on signup, it can (and will) ask for your documents if and when necessary.

For some, the chance to play (mostly) anonymously in a large library of crypto games is worth it; for others, the uncertain nature of unlicensed casinos may not sit well.

Either way, knowing what to expect from Betpanda’s KYC policy can save you headaches, and help you make an informed decision before depositing.

FAQ

Does Betpanda require ID?

Not by default. You sign up with just an email and password, deposit crypto, play, and usually withdraw without uploading anything. The terms still give Betpanda the right to request documents at any time, so the no-KYC label carries an asterisk. The casino keeps the final say.

What triggers Betpanda KYC?

There is no fixed threshold listed publicly. The usual triggers are huge withdrawals, rapid-fire transactions, suspected linked accounts, or random AML checks. Support told us that small withdrawals don’t trip the system, though we’d take that with a grain of salt. Stay reasonable with your activity and you’ll likely never see a request.

Can you bypass Betpanda verification?

If the system flags your account, no. Once Betpanda asks for documents, you either comply or lose access to your balance.
