CryptoLeo is an innovative crypto casino that prioritizes bonuses and gamification. Apart from the three-part welcome bonus up to 5,000 USDT, you can expect regular promotions and rewards for playing your favorite games. Speaking of games, the platform has over 5,000, ranging from slots to provably fair exclusives. So far so good, right? But what about the strict KYC and potential for lengthy withdrawal periods? I divulge all in my CryptoLeo test and review.

5,000 USDT welcome package + plenty promotions
5/5
CryptoLeo has an excellent bonus hub and is one of my top casinos for great gamification elements. Apart from the three-part welcome package and weekly High Roller bonus, players can take advantage of a 25% Rakeback and a plethora of Missions.
I’ll start with the best part:
CryptoLeo Welcome Bonus: Three-Part Deposit Bonus up to 5,000 USDT
CryptoLeo has a generous, three-part welcome package available for new players. Here’s how the package is split over your first three deposits:
- First Deposit: 100% Match up to 2,500 USDT
Minimum deposit of 5 USDT
Wagering requirement: x50 - Second Deposit: 75% Match up to 1,500 USDT
Minimum Deposit of 5 USDT
Wagering requirement: x50 - Third Deposit: 50% Match up to 1,000 USDT
Minimum deposit of 5 USDT
Wagering requirement: x50
To fulfill your wagering requirement, you’ll need to wager your initial deposit amount 50 times within seven days. This rollover is pretty high as far as industry standards go (the average being 30 – 45) but not the highest I’ve seen before.
You should also be aware that wagering contributions vary from game to game:
Game | Wagering Contribution |
Slots | 100% ($1 bet = $1 towards rollover) |
Card games, roulette, poker, video poker | 5% ($1 bet = $0.05 towards rollover) |
Live dealer | 0% ($1 bet = $0 towards rollover) |
Lastly, you should know that the maximum single bet amount for wagering requirements is 5 USDT or equivalent. In other words, if you had plans to make huge bets to fulfill your wagering requirements quickly, you’re out of luck.
I know these terms and conditions seem tiresome, but it’s the same story at every crypto casino I’ve ever reviewed; it’s all part of the bonus experience.
High Roller Bonus: 50% Match up to 500 USDT
Once you’ve taken advantage of the first, second, and third deposit bonuses, you’ll have access to CryptoLeo’s High Roller Bonus.
I like that it’s a recurring bonus—renewing every seven days. However, it’s only available if you deposit a minimum amount of 300 USDT or equivalent. There’s a x35 wagering requirement, and you also only have three days to meet the requirements.
In other words, it truly is a bonus best suited to players who like to bet big, and often.
Rakeback up to 25%
Players can also look forward to three types of Rakebacks:
- Instant
- Weekly
- Monthly
The Rakeback comprises a percentage of each of your bets according to the RTP of the game you played. It’s a nice way to uplift any unlucky players.
You can keep track of your Rakeback progress in the Bonus Hub.
CryptoLeo Missions
I’m a huge fan of CryptoLeo Casino’s Missions. Players can complete tasks and milestones and gain coins along the way. You can use the coins to buy free spins and real crypto in the Store.
The Missions hub is an excellent way to keep players coming back for more rewards and challenges once they’ve exhausted the welcome bonuses. Also, it’s fairly easy to get coins!
Other CryptoLeo Promos
I can’t possibly list all of the bonuses and promotions CryptoLeo has on offer—and I think that’s a huge green flag for the site. Even so, here are a few more you should make a point of checking out if you decide to sign up at the casino:
- Regular Tournaments: CryptoLeo is big on tournaments! At the time of writing, there were four different options—all with simple participation rules and juicy rewards.
- On-Site Lotteries: Lotteries are all the craze right now, and CryptoLeo knows this well. In June, the casino held a lottery with a grand prize of 5,000 free spins.
- Loyalty System: You can get a bunch of rewards, like free spins and increased Rakeback percentages, just by betting and ascending the VIP ranks.
- Sports Bonuses: From free bets to sports-specific tournaments, CryptoLeo doesn’t forget about sports fans.
CryptoLeo Bonuses Vs Competitors
Although CryptoLeo doesn’t have an enormous welcome package like BC.Game ($220,000) or Cloudbet (5 BTC), the platform still holds its own.
All in all:
CryptoLeo has the perfect bonus offering for everyday players.
If you can look past the higher-than-normal x50 wagering requirement for the first three deposit bonuses, CryptoLeo is a strong contender where bonuses are concerned. Especially when you look at all the smaller promotions and tournaments on offer.
Summary
pros
-
+5,000 USDT welcome package
-
+Rakeback up to 25%
-
+On-site lotteries
-
+Regular tournaments
-
+Exciting "Missions"
cons
-
-High wagering requirement (50x)
Look & Feel
Strong aesthetic + player chat
5/5
CryptoLeo boasts a dark theme with pops of colour, giving off an arcade-like vibe that seems to be popular among crypto casino platforms.
The main lobby is bustling, overflowing with various game categories. While the abundance offers something for everyone, a little decluttering wouldn’t hurt—sometimes, less can indeed be more.
The casino doesn’t skimp on navigation options, either. An expandable menu on the left-hand side (desktop) neatly categorizes everything from esports to live casino games, sports betting, and the Missions Hub I mentioned in the Bonus section.
The footer is populated with various links and media/organization partnerships showcasing CryptoLeo’s industry prestige. While comprehensive, it’s another section that could benefit from some simplification.
CryptoLeo Community
CryptoLeo has a solid player community, evidenced by the on-site player chat and social media engagement.
I’m very critical when online casinos don’t have player chats, as you’ll discover in my Empire.io review. So seeing CryptoLeo’s successful chat is a major green flag in my book.
Even so, most discussions in CryptoLeo’s player chat were about withdrawal queries and complaints (mostly to do with KYC) so I wouldn’t say the community could compare to that of BC.Game or Stake.
Is There a CryptoLeo App?
Not in the traditional sense. There’s no app you can download on Google Play or the App Store, for example.
However, you can still add the casino to your mobile’s home screen and conveniently access it from there. But I still think it’s misleading to label it as a downloadable app.
Regardless, CryptoLeo is 100% mobile-friendly. I tested the platform on mobile and had no navigation or speed issues. The site has been optimized to work seamlessly on smaller screens. So, A+ for that one, CryptoLeo.
Accessibility
CryptoLeo has made some effort to cater to a global audience, offering seven different languages:
- English
- French
- Dutch
- Spanish
- Brazilian Portuguese
- Portuguese
- Polish
I do feel that CryptoLeo should take the time to add more languages to its portfolio—there are currently no Asian languages available, so they’re missing out on a significant player base.
Summary
pros
-
+Dark, sleek aesthetic
-
+Intuitive menus
-
+Easy navigation
-
+On-site player chat
cons
-
-Somewhat cluttered
-
-Only 7 languages
Game Selection
5,000+ titles, including provably fair exclusives
5/5
CryptoLeo.com boasts over 5,000 games made by 80+ software providers. In the list of many providers, I spotted top dogs like:
- NetEnt
- Pragmatic Play
- Spribe
- Spinomenal
- Evolution
- Playtech
And that’s to name just a few! CryptoLeo’s software provider offering is impressive, to say the least. But what about its game selection?
With a library of 5,000+ games—most of which are slots—CryptoLeo has enough diversity to keep even the most dedicated crypto gambler busy. Sure, the selection isn’t as big as BC.Game’s or Bets.io‘s 10,000+ options, but you’ll find a plethora of games stretching across the following categories:
- Slots
- Poker
- Roulette
- Baccarat
- Crash
- Plinko
- Mines
- Dice
- Game shows
- Lotteries
- Live dealer
- Esports
- Sports betting
Unfortunately, CryptoLeo doesn’t do a good job of displaying RTPs or volatility upfront—something I really like about MetaWin Casino, for instance. You have to open the game and wait for it to load before you can start sleuthing for this type of game information.
Complaints aside, let’s look at CryptoLeo’s most popular game categories:
CryptoLeo Slots
As I’ve mentioned already, most of CryptoLeo’s library comprises slots. Video slots, classic slots, progressive slots—the world is your oyster here.
CryptoLeo’s nifty search and category filter came in handy while exploring the slots selection—you can filter by game type, provider, and theme to find your preferred game.
I found all of my favorites in CryptoLeo’s selection, and I’m confident you will too. Of course, if you’re a real slots aficionado, I feel compelled to point out that CryptoLeo has no original or provably fair slot game (unlike Stake and BC.Game). Do with that information what you will!
Live Dealer Games
Business is booming in the live dealer casino game sector, and CryptoLeo seems to know that well! The casino has well over 300 options, and here’s how they’re divided up over some of the most sought-after categories:
- Roulette games: 51
- Baccarat games: 90
- Blackjack games: 54
- Poker games: 4
- Game shows: 16
I wasn’t too impressed with the live poker selection, but there are plenty of options in the roulette and baccarat departments. Baccarat is my favorite table game, so you can imagine I spent a good few hours testing my luck there.
Pro tip: If live dealer games are your forté and you find CryptoLeo’s selection a tad paltry, BC.Game has 600+ live tables to choose from.
Original Games at CryptoLeo
I was pleasantly surprised to find a selection of 24 exclusive games during my review. They range from popular categories like Crash to more niche options like Tower and Wheel. I recommend trying the more unique games like Bubbles and Chicken Road.
Although many of these games are provably fair, I struggled to find information about their RTPs. I’d like to see CryptoLeo make this information more visible—for all their games, really.
Sports Betting
CryptoLeo has a fully-fledged crypto sportsbook complete with all the bells and whistles. You’ll find odds on all the major games and leagues covering 35+ traditional sports categories and several eSports categories, as well, including:
- Valorant
- CS;GO
- Rocket League
- StarCraft
- Call of Duty
The regular free bet bonuses and boosted odds are just other perks CrytpoLeo has on offer. All of the above, combined with the platform’s nifty QuickBet feature and HD live streaming, make for an excellent sports betting experience.
CryptoLeo Games Vs Competitors
In a numbers game, CryptoLeo loses to bigger platforms like BC.Game, Bets.io (10,000+ games) and BetFury (8,000+ games). But quantity isn’t everything.
In my opinion, CryptoLeo has a solid and diverse selection of games, covering all the major categories—even original, provably fair games! The addition of the sportsbook and great eSports selection actually puts CryptoLeo in my top five for games.
Summary
pros
-
+5,000+ games
-
+80+ providers
-
+Provably fair exclusives
-
+Excellent sportsbook
cons
-
-RTP often unclear
Licensing & Safety
Curaçao license + KYC required
4/5
CryptoLeo is a licensed and legit blockchain gambling platform. It holds a solid Curaçao license and boasts SSL encryption.
The platform was established in 2021 and is owned by Uno Digital Media B.V.
During my CryptoLeo test and review process, I looked into its various security and privacy policies, and I didn’t find anything to complain about.
Does CryptoLeo Have KYC?
Yes. You’ll need to be prepared for a KYC check before your withdrawal is processed at CryptoLeo. As per the casino’s KYC policy:
The company reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a user at Cryptoleo.com.
CryptoLeo’s KYC Policy
The type of KYC document required could vary from a picture of your ID to proof of funds and address, so be sure not to sign up and deposit from any restricted regions—otherwise, you might find the casino refusing to pay out.
The verification can take up to 24 hours, but some players noted that it has sometimes taken longer.
So in the end, if you’re set on playing and cashing out anonymously, you should probably look at a KYC-free casino instead.
CryptoLeo Complaints
As much as I enjoyed playing at CryptoLeo, it’s my job to give you the full story. And unfortunately, CryptoLeo has quite a few complaints.
However, most of these complaints are about the lengthy verification and withdrawal process, about which the casino is pretty transparent. Other complaints surround payout refusals, mostly from players who signed up and deposited from restricted countries (a rookie error, if I’m being honest).
So, while you may find many complaints about the casino, I can confidently tell you that the site isn’t doing anything offside.
It is well within its right to take 24 hours to process withdrawals, as well as ban players from restricted countries.
Summary
pros
-
+Curaçao license
-
+SSL encryption
-
+Solid security + privacy policies
cons
-
-KYC required
-
-Verification can take over 24 hours
Payment Options
Low withdrawal limits, and potentially lengthy payouts
4/5
CryptoLeo is, as its name suggests, a crypto-first casino through and through. While no fiat currencies are available, the platform facilitates transactions in 10 cryptocurrencies:
- Bitcoin
- Ethereum
- Tether (TRC-20 & ERC-20)
- Litecoin
- Dogecoin
- Cardano
- Tron
- Ripple
- USD Coin
- Binance (BEP-20)
You can also buy crypto on the site using the crypto exchange feature (through Changelly).
Sure, CryptoLeo doesn’t support as many cryptocurrencies as BC.Game or BetFury (90+ and 50+, respectively), but it has all the main coins. I would like to see the addition of Solana, Stellar, and Optimism in the very near future, though.
Now, let’s talk deposits:
CryptoLeo Deposits
I made several deposits at CryptoLeo, all of which reflected in under 5 minutes.
Once each deposit landed in my account, I received an informative email explaining exactly how wagering requirements worked for the bonus. This is an excellent service I wish more platforms would adopt, and one of the reasons why CryptoLeo is an excellent choice for new crypto gamblers.
Like most blockchain gambling sites, CryptoLeo has minimum deposit limits you’ll need to contend with:
Cryptocurrency | Minimum Deposit |
Bitcoin | 0.0001 BTC |
Ethereum | 0.01 ETH |
Tether (ERC-20) | 5 USDT |
Tether (TRC-20) | 1 USDT |
Litecoin | 0.01 LTC |
Dogecoin | 5 DOGE |
Cardano | 1 ADA |
Tron | 1O TRX |
Ripple | 0.01 XRP |
USD Coin | 0.01 USDC |
Binance (BEP-20) | 0.01 BNB |
Overall, none of the minimum deposit limits were too extreme, though BC.Game and Stake do offer lower minimum deposits. And some even better news:
CryptoLeo has no maximum deposit limits.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the withdrawal limits—but more on that in a bit.
CryptoLeo Withdrawals
Although my own withdrawal was processed by the casino in under four hours, I saw several users complaining about waiting over 24 hours on the player chat.
In other words, if you’re looking for an instant withdrawal casino, CryptoLeo might not be your best bet. Stake and BC.Game will be your go-to options there.
Once you’ve requested your withdrawal, you can check out its status in the ‘Wallet’ section under your player icon.
I must say, I wasn’t too pleased with the complaints I saw, nor with the stringent withdrawal limits the casino imposes. As an example:
Cryptocurrency | Minimum Withdrawal | Maximum Withdrawal (24hrs) |
Bitcoin | 0.0002 BTC | 0.06403 BTC |
Ethereum | 0.01 ETH | 0.9131 ETH |
Tether (TRC-20) | 1 USDT | 8571 USDT |
Tether (ERC-20) | 5 USDT | 8571 USDT |
Litecoin | 0.01 LTC | 21.665 LTC |
Dogecoin | 10 DOGE | 18175 DOGE |
Cardano | 1 ADA | 2610.1251 ADA |
Tron | 10 TRX | 42662.755 TRX |
You can view the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly withdrawal limits in the ‘Wallet’ section, as well.
As a comparison, Stake, BC.Game, and Cloudbet have no withdrawal limits at all, making them some of the best high roller casinos around.
Something else you should know:
There is a x3 playthrough requirement on ALL deposits.
In other words, you need to bet the total value of your initial deposit three times before you can withdraw your funds.
The Verdict on CryptoLeo Payments
I’ve been quite transparent about how CryptoLeo falls short where transaction limits are concerned.
If you’re a high roller, you might struggle with the strict withdrawal limits, even though you’re able to deposit as much as you want into the casino.
In addition, if an instant payout is what you’re after, I don’t think CryptoLeo will be able to scratch that itch.
Summary
pros
-
+10 cryptocurrencies
-
+Fast deposits
-
+No maximum deposits
-
+On-site exchange
-
+Helpful emails
cons
-
-Potentially lengthy withdrawals
-
-Unfavorable withdrawal limits
Customer Support
Beware the "pushy" chatbot
4/5
While CryptoLeo does have a 24/7 chat feature, you’ll have to ask repeatedly to speak to a live agent. First, you have to go through the chatbot and choose your topic.
To be fair, the chatbot should be able to answer basic queries, but I found it frustrating and had to ask multiple times to speak to a real agent.
The agents are helpful in most cases and quick with their responses—when you actually get hold of them. I saw a few players complaining in the players’ chatroom about the unresponsive live chat, but I never experienced this during my CryptoLeo test.
You can also reach out for support via email, for more complex queries.
On-Site Resources
CryptoLeo has a comprehensive set of on-site resources, ranging from standard terms and conditions to bonus and payout details.
The site also has an FAQ section, found in the footer, that is well structured and should be able to answer most queries.
Summary
pros
-
+24/7 live chat
-
+Email support
-
+Social media presence
-

cons
-
-Reliant on chatbots
