Qzino was hyped up right from the start. But in the huge sea of crypto casinos with Anjouan license, it's hard to be a top destination. Let's see my Qzino casino review to see if the brand can hold up its own against the established competitors.

Bonuses
Huge package, progressive unlock
5/5
I don’t say this lightly – Qzino’s bonus system is one of the most aggressive I’ve seen in a while.
The headline offer is a tiered deposit bonus that scales across your first four deposits, and it tops out at $25,000 in total bonus value.
Qzino promo code
Qzino doesn’t have a promo code but the welcome bonus is well worth having.
Here’s the full breakdown:
| Deposit | Bonus | Min. Deposit |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | +200% (+ 100% Boost) | $5.00 |
| 2nd | +250% | $50.00 |
| 3rd | +320% | $100.00 |
| 4th | +370% | $200.00 |
The first deposit also comes with an additional +100% Boost that appears to be time-limited – I noticed a countdown timer in the Bonus Hub when I tested it.
Now, here’s the important part: deposit bonuses don’t just land as free cash.
They go into your Q-Rake – a locked bonus container that unlocks progressively as you wager.
There’s no traditional wagering multiplier like what you’ll see in Cryptorino, for example.
Instead, every bet you place gradually releases portions of your locked bonus into your real balance.
You earn it back as you play. It removes a lot of the guesswork, though sometimes I just want to find a gigantic bonus up front with a lower wagering.
But if that’s the case, the special Ybets promo code from CasinosBlockchain may be your best bet.
Universal bonuses
Qzino has a dedicated section with always active bonuses, and I find it very impressive.
Here’s what runs in the background at all times:
| Bonus | Details |
|---|---|
| Cashback | 3% accrual on losses – claimable |
| Rakeback | 10% base (50% boost available) – claimable every 30 min |
| Weekly Bonus | Wager-based |
| Monthly Bonus | Accrual-based on wagering activity |
| Wheel of Luck | Free spin wheel – unlocked after $1,000 wagered |
| Calendar Bonus | Daily bonus calendar with “Claim All” shortcut |
The Bonus Hub also includes a Redeem Code box for promo codes, so I’d recommend keeping an eye on Qzino’s social channels for occasional drops.
The 10% rakeback claimable every 30 minutes is excellent. Most casinos make you wait 24 hours or longer before you can claim anything back.
I can’t deny it – it’s one of the better casinos out there when it comes to rewards.
VIP program
Qzino runs a 78-level rank system (Level 0–77), divided into three tiers:
| Tier | Levels | Wager Threshold |
|---|---|---|
| Regular (Bronze–Silver) | 0–29 | Up to ~$200K |
| VIP (Gold–Super Gold) | 30–56 | $1M–$50M |
| SVIP (Emerald–Blue Diamond) | 57–77 | $50M–$500M+ |
VIP perks kick in at Level 30 and include a dedicated VIP manager, personal bonuses, birthday bonus, weekly royalty bonus, and cashback that scales up to 40% at the top Blue Diamond tier (Level 77).
Rakeback also increases from 10% base up to 15% at higher tiers.
The VIP Transfer Program (coming soon) will let existing VIPs from other platforms fast-track their status at Qzino.
I think that’s a smart move to attract experienced high rollers.
Sports bets give 3x rank progression – a significant accelerator for players who plan to use the sportsbook once it launches.
QZI token & staking
Qzino has its own native utility token – QZI – currently in pre-TGE (Token Generation Event) phase with a max supply of 7.7 billion tokens.
Here’s what QZI does:
- Place bets with QZI tokens
- Stake QZI in the Base Pool (passive daily rewards, no conditions) or the Boosted Pool (up to 3x higher APR with wagering requirements)
- Generate lottery tickets (100% RTP lottery with a $108K+ prize pool)
- Swap between cryptos with the built-in swap feature
Minting Drop (Season 1): Players earn QZI points through wagering – $1 wagered on Originals = 10 points, Slots = 13.33 points, Sports = 40 points (when live).
16% of the total QZI supply goes to wagering players, and a 5% referral commission on your friends’ minting points.
Summary
pros
-
+Massive tiered welcome bonus up to $25,000
-
+Q-Rake system is more transparent than traditional wagering
-
+10% rakeback claimable every 30 minutes
-
+QZI token with staking rewards
cons
-
-No reload cash bonus outside of the weekly/monthly system
Look & Feel
Dark, clean, and crypto-native
5/5
Qzino caught my eye right away with its dark-themed UI – a black/charcoal background paired with neon green accents. It’s the modern crypto-casino aesthetic done right.
The layout is clean.
There’s a persistent left-side navigation sidebar, a top header bar with your wallet balance and deposit button, and a scrollable main content area.
Everything loads fast, and there’s minimal clutter.
Navigation
The sidebar gives quick access to Casino (Originals, Slots, Live Casino, Table Games), Providers, Bonuses, VIP Club, Staking, Lottery, and Minting Drop.
I found everything intuitive and didn’t get lost at any point.
That said, I still prefer Stake’s layout over Qzino’s, for the sake of having just a bit more menus than I desired.
Is there a Qzino app?
There’s no native mobile app for iOS or Android. The site is responsive and works in mobile browsers, but a dedicated app would improve the experience.
A Telegram Mini App is referenced on the Minting Drop page (2% of QZI supply reserved for Mini App users), which suggests a lightweight mobile experience may already be in development.
I don’t mind casinos having no apps, but at the same time, I do have to say that Telegram isn’t my cup of tea.
A PWA (web app) would make more sense.
How to sign up at Qzino?
The sign-up process is quick and painless. Here’s how to do it:
- Hit the sign-up button.
- Choose your method: email/password, Google, Telegram, or crypto wallet (MetaMask, Phantom, and others).
- Confirm you’re 18+ and accept the Terms of Service.
- You’re in – no mandatory KYC at registration.
I went from zero to ready to play in under 30 seconds. That’s impressive.
I do have to admit that it’s made for Solana casino fans.
It’s ultra rare to see a native Phantom wallet login available, so if you’re into SOL gambling, I do recommend Qzino!
Summary
pros
-
+Clean, modern dark UI with excellent navigation
-
+Multiple sign-up methods (email, Google, Telegram, wallets)
-
+Fast registration – no KYC gating
cons
-
-Only three languages supported
Game Selection
Decent live casino, but not many slots
5/5
Qzino hosts 1,400+ games across four categories, powered by 36 providers.
It’s a solid library, but if I compare it to Ybets and its 10,000+ games, there’s still a big gap to close.
I expect to see more titles added over time – the platform is young, and the provider partnerships are already strong.
There’s also a sportsbook in the works, which I’ll cover below. I’ll be honest – I’m not a fan of seeing features listed on a platform that aren’t ready yet. It feels half-baked.
But based on what Qzino has already built, I think the sportsbook looks promising once it actually goes live.
Qzino slots
The slots library is the star here with 1,148 games, but you can’t play in demo mode, which isn’t perfect – to be honest, it’s one of the reasons people choose Qzino alternatives.
You get titles from top-tier providers like Pragmatic Play (Sweet Bonanza, Extra Juicy), Hacksaw Gaming (Wanted Dead or Wild, Slayers Inc), Play’n GO, Nolimit City, and BGaming.
The casino section includes tab-based filtering (Lobby, Originals, Slots, Live Casino, Table Games), a Providers page, and a search bar (minimum three characters). You can also filter by Favorites and Recently Played.
Numbers aren’t impressive, but the quality is.
It reminds me of Thrill’s early days, where the library was anything but large.
So I will definitely give more time for Qzino to bolster the product.
Well, I’ll be a bit critical if I don’t see improvements over the next few months, but I doubt it.
Live dealer games
Qzino’s live casino sits at 240+ tables, powered by Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution, and Ezugi – three of the best live casino providers in the industry.
I find everything I need here for a good gameplay session: multiple blackjack, roulette, and baccarat variants, plus game shows and other live formats.
It doesn’t match the brutally huge BetFury live section (1,000+ tables), but it’s more than enough to sit and have fun at VIP tables.
Qzino Originals
There are seven in-house games:
- Dice
- Crash
- Keno
- Ultimate Dice
- Coin Flip
- Plinko
- Limbo
Yes, they can’t match BC.Game’s 60+ Originals, but I found everything needed.
I think Qzino did well to include original games, and yes – the Qzino Crash has 99% RTP!
It shows a commitment to provably fair mechanics that goes beyond just slapping a third-party label on the site.
Qzino Lottery
Qzino is opening a lottery soon, and I’m very excited to learn more about it.
I’ve already enjoyed Shuffle and its well-known SHFL lottery, so I expect nothing short of spectacular, especially given the $100K+ prize pool.
However, just like the sportsbook, Qzino’s lottery isn’t quite there yet.
Summary
pros
-
+In-house games
-
+99% RTP titles
-
+Decent live casino section
cons
-
-Slots are too few
-
-Sportsbook under development
Licensing & Safety
Offshore license, crypto-standard approach
5/5
When I review any online casino, security and licensing are my top priorities.
So let’s get into it – is Qzino safe?
And my quick answer is positive. Here’s what Qzino has:
- Valid casino license
- 2FA available
- Session tracker
- Game history
Is Qzino legit?
Yes, Qzino is a legitimate online casino.
It’s operated by CG Universe, a limited liability company registered in Costa Rica (Registration No. 3-102-919306), with its registered address in San José.
The platform holds a license from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (License No. ALSI-202503015-FI1).
I’ll be upfront – the Anjouan Gaming Board is a tier-2 offshore regulator.
It’s not an MGA, UKGC, or even a Curaçao license, but many large brands (including BC.Game) are moving towards Anjouan, so it’s pretty popular in 2026.
Does Qzino require KYC?
KYC is handled on a discretionary, risk-based basis, but you have to pass a Level 1 (basic details) check before you start playing games.
There’s no mandatory upfront identity verification, though, so you can keep up with the basic check for a long time.
The Terms & Conditions state that Qzino may request documents at its discretion, and users agree to provide accurate information upon request.
From what I’ve seen, you can deposit and play without verifying your identity. But expect a bigger KYC request when you try to withdraw larger amounts or trigger risk signals.
KYC, AML, and fraud prevention clauses survive account termination, so keep that in mind.
Summary
pros
-
+2FA
-
+Licensed and regulated (Anjouan Gaming Board)
-
+Risk-based KYC – no unnecessary friction
cons
-
-No in-built responsible gambling tools
Payment Options
Pure crypto, multi-chain, feature-rich
3/5
Qzino is touted as a Web-3 brand, so you can naturally expect crypto support.
Here’s what you can use:
- Bitcoin
- Ethereum
- Litecoin
- Solana
- USDT
- USDC
- Binance Coin
- Tron
- Toncoin
Deposits
The minimum deposit is 1 USDT/USDC – one of the lowest I’ve encountered.
Most crypto casinos set their minimums at $5 or even $20, so Qzino has a real edge here for casual players who want to test the waters without committing much.
The multi-chain support for USDT (five networks) is particularly strong.
You can deposit from BSC, Ethereum, Tron, Polygon, or TON, depending on your preferred chain and fee structure.
It’s a thoughtful touch.
The Crypto Swap feature is also a nice addition – but let me set expectations.
It’s not a fiat-to-crypto on-ramp. You can’t buy Bitcoin with your credit card here.
It’s more like an internal exchange: if you have BTC in your wallet, you can swap it for USDT, or vice versa.
Not great, not terrible – I’d say it’s convenient for players who already hold multiple coins and want to switch between them without leaving the platform.
For a casino that pushes itself as a Web3-native platform with its own token, staking pools, and minting mechanics, I wish I could see a few more tokens on the deposit list.
Eight cryptos are fine for a standard crypto casino, but if you’re going all-in on the blockchain narrative, I’d expect support for tokens like MATIC, AVAX, or even some popular meme coins.
On top of that, I had an issue with my Qzino deposit, and I had to escalate it to customer support.
Funds took over an hour to process – and that’s not awesome.
The silver lining is that I still managed to deposit my money, but I don’t expect to see such setbacks so early in my Qzino casino review.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is just 2 USDT – very user-friendly and one of the lowest I’ve come across. That said, I wouldn’t recommend withdrawing amounts that small.
Gas fees on certain networks can eat up your entire withdrawal, so it’s better to let your balance build up before cashing out.
As for withdrawal caps, the monthly maximum sits at $50,000. It’s a solid limit that works well for most players and sits comfortably among decent brands.
However, if you’re a true high roller, it doesn’t match the no-limit casinos like Cloudbet, which let you withdraw without a ceiling.
Summary
pros
-
+8 cryptocurrencies supported
-
+USDT on five networks
-
+Built-in swap and P2P tipping
-
+Low minimum deposits and withdrawals
cons
-
-Token selection feels limited
-
-Deposit took too long

Customer Support
Fast response, but I want more
4/5
Qzino offers several support channels, and I tested the live chat myself to see how it holds up.
The live chat starts with an AI bot, which handles basic questions.
If you need a real person, you’ll get connected to a human agent – in my case, it took about 60 seconds.
The agent (Monica) was friendly, responsive, and gave me answers about KYC levels without any runaround.
Here are the other support channels available:
- Email: support@qzino.com
- Discord
- Telegram
- X (Twitter)
Summary
pros
-
+Live chat connects to a human agent in about 60 seconds
-
+Dedicated emails for support, bugs, affiliates, and PR
-
+Active Discord and Telegram communities
cons
-
-Some vague answers
-
-AI bot handles first contact before the human agent
