Fairspin puts all its weight behind the welcome deal and its highly rewarding Play2Earn loyalty program. Even though the latter features rakeback, cashback, and other deals, I was hoping for separate promotions for existing users.

Still, the welcome bonus is intricate and elaborate and has a particular value, especially for high rollers, so let’s start with that one.

Let’s start with the good news first. The Fairspin registration bonus is huge. It can easily contend with Cloudbet and BC.Game offers that reach close to 5 BTC in value.

Also, you can use the bonus funds on any Playson game you like, which gives you a lot of wiggle room when trying to clear the wagering requirements. 

Now, for the not-so-good stuff. First, you need to fund your account with at least 500 USDT or equivalent per transaction to get the biggest deposit match offer. Suffice it to say that only big spenders can afford this.

The minimum deposit that’s eligible for the welcome bonus is 20 USDT, but that will only get you a 50% match bonus for the first deposit and 10 free spins instead of the full 100% bonus. What really made me question whether claiming the bonus was worth it at all was the rollover.  

Namely, the wagering requirements are staggering 60x the bonus amount, which is simply too much, especially when compared to Wild.io Casino’s 40x rollover for a similar deal.

What’s worse, you only have three days to complete them before the bonus expires. For me, who usually has sessions of about 30 minutes, that means a lot of gameplay.

Overall, my experience with the customer support agents was quite good. The response time was almost immediate, and the agents seemed knowledgeable.

However, when I asked for the minimum deposit limits, the agent stated they were 20 USDT, whereas in my Cashier, I could set that limit to just 5 USDT. 

It could be that the agent was referring to the bonus minimum, but I am not sure. Either way, there was some miscommunication, so be careful. Phone support is a nice touch since most operators nowadays refrain from using it.
